Fiorella Cabrera is the elementary music teacher at Tinker K8. She has been working as a music teacher in Hillsborough county for 11 years and this is her 6th year at Tinker K8. Mrs. Cabrera also teaches Tiger Chorus, Cub Chorus, Tiger Beat and TTRB. She earned a BA in music and a MD in Education from The University of Tampa. Mrs. Cabrera is classically trained in piano and voice and thoroughly enjoys educating children. She is also certified in "Little Kids Rock", and Orff-Schulwerk I. She was also nominated for the "Rising Star Award" in Hillsborough County and was award the Ida S. Baker award in 2018. Mrs. Cabrera teaches private piano and voice lessons in the heart of South Tampa. She hopes to inspire her students every day and share her love of music to them. 

Javi Rodriguez is the middle school music teacher at Tinker K8. This is Javi's 2nd year teaching Band, Chorus and Exploring Music at Tinker. He earned his BM at the University of South Florida and his MM from Baylor University. He is a professional bassoonist who plays frequently with organizations including Venice Symphony and Gulf Coast Symphony. He also teaches at bass, guitar, voice, and piano lessons in South Tampa. He is constantly inspired by his students and hopes to pass on the wisdom and knowledge of his teachers to the next generation!
